**Summary of Position**:
The Administrative Support Specialist position is responsible for supporting the internal operations of the business. This position requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail. This individual reports to the Enrollment Manager. Please see below for a more in-depth overview of daily responsibilities and skills required for this position.
**Responsible for**:
- Enrollment
- Offer COBRA in accordance with the Plan Document
- Adding and updating new groups in portal
- Adding and updating new groups in the Intranet
- Posting SBCs/SPDs to portal and Intranet
- Audits (dependent age)
- Posting monthly billing statements
- Client Services
- Releasing ID cards/verifying files
- Posting SBC’s
- Distributing member flyers
- Creating Employer Kits
- Updating contact information for brokers, clients and PBM’s
- Assist with running report packages on a monthly basis
- Support Mailroom
- Spend 4 hours two days a week in mailroom, sorting, scanning and delivering incoming mail
- Back up current mailroom specialist when out of office
- Prepare and send all outgoing parcels
- Other duties as assigned
**Minimum Job Requirements**:
- Must be able to maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Must be a self-starter who is organized and able to handle multiple projects and due dates.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts/systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Proficient with math as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results oriented with strong focus on details.
- Must have a professional and responsible work ethic.
**Work Environment**
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Essential office equipment will be provided to perform the job duties remotely.
**Essential Functions Statement**
- The person in this position will work in the office at least 2 times per week. The other days can be worked either in the office or remotely.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
