JOB SUMMARY:

The Administrative Intern will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Delegated Services business unit. This role will assist with various administrative tasks, mailroom operations, and project-based work to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Delegated Services team, including creating, formatting, and maintaining forms, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
  • Provide support with mail room operations related to scanning, filling and sorting mail, and all other client correspondence.
  • Assist with project-based work within the Delegated Services business unit.
  • Demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple priorities and competing demands effectively.
  • Perform general office duties and identify ways to improve administrative processes.
  • Write and issue emails via Microsoft Outlook and update Teams channels and chats.
  • Order office supplies, business cards, and signature stamps for the Delegated Services unit.
  • Restock kitchen, supply cabinets, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain accurate sign-in sheets for all visitors and guests.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and the ability to learn department and job-specific software systems.
  • High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
