The Toastique Regional Success Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day activities within the DC Metro location, which include our Wharf, Navy Yard, Dupont, and Union Market locations. They will be responsible for employee management, scheduling staff, assisting with ordering/maximizing inventory and most importantly - customer satisfaction. The Regional Success Manager will work with the Director of Training and Development with hiring and training new employees as well as their career developments which include performance reviews, goal setting and promotions.

Toastique expects the Regional Success Manager to have a strong understanding of every job duty and responsibility in the store. The Regional Success Manager will work with Toastique Corporate Operations to out new items, work special events, and continued growth and brand awareness in the community. The Regional Success Manager will lead by example, with quality, cleanliness, and attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full comprehension of all job responsibilities in the store.
- Ensuring employees are fully trained and understand the menu and the benefits behind each item.
- Scheduling employee shifts and understanding productivity factors to ensure labor is in line with industry standards.
- Maximizing inventory and assisting with any ordering issues with Store Managers and Shift Leads.
- Work with the Director of Training and Development to hire and train new employees.
- Ensuring employees know the rules and regulations that are written out in the Toastique handbook.
- Works with Restaurant Managers and Shift Leads to ensure food quality and excellent customer service is met.
- Work with Catering team to ensure catering orders are fulfilled.
- Ensuring DC Metro location stores are maintaining food & labor cost goals.
- Working with the Director of Training and Development to take notice of corrective action whenever a team member does something again the Toastique standards or not following the Toastique Handbook.
- Ensures all in-store signage is up to date and all employee resources are current.
- Constant communication with Corporate Operations to ensure all stores are successful.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of Restaurant experienc
- 3+ years in Managerial role within the Restaurant industry
- Food Safety Manager Certification
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

**Additional Benefit**:

- Experience working with scheduling employees (benefit if used 7shifts)
- Alcohol License
