We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Manager Trainee. No experience required - just bring your drive and enthusiasm As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for promoting our solar products and services, cultivating relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
- Assist in identifying potential leads and generating new business opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and trends
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is preferred
