About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Property Management team at Broadway National Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other means to create a sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct sales presentations with leads and prospects, both in-person and virtually.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarded clients, maintaining and growing existing accounts by identifying program improvements and innovative strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, willingness to travel, sales-minded, team-oriented, optimistic, high energy, and motivated.
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience with Salesforce a plus.
