**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist at PepperBall. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and effective communication. You will engage with potential customers, provide product information, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Must have Salesforce and Sage experience.
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing sales. Government sales a plus.
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer satisfaction and effective communication skills
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles
- Experience in the law enforcement industry is a plus
- Associates degree or better preferred. Will accept work experience as an equivalent.
