Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer service.

- Experience in the mountain biking, cycling, or outdoor industries.
- Knowledge of bicycle technologies, both current and emerging.
- Experience with basic bicycle maintenance.
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with social media and related applications.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
