Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Estimation: Utilize your extensive sales and estimation experience (3+ years) to expand and sustain our client base.
  • Technical Proficiency: Employ your AutoCAD expertise to interpret technical documents and drawings, ensuring accuracy in all projects.
  • Client Relations: Act as a primary contact for clients, managing accounts, providing quotes, and following up to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Conduct site visits, review specifications, and collaborate with construction managers to prepare for building setups.
  • Problem Resolution: Source special order items and maintain effective communication between clients and our team to fulfill project needs.
Qualifications:
  • Experience & Education: A BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Truss Sales, ideally within the manufacturing/building materials sector (Heavy timber/lumber).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
  • Customer Orientation: A solid background in client relations and a collaborative work environment.
  • Industry Insight: Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous.
