Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Estimation: Utilize your extensive sales and estimation experience (3+ years) to expand and sustain our client base.
- Technical Proficiency: Employ your AutoCAD expertise to interpret technical documents and drawings, ensuring accuracy in all projects.
- Client Relations: Act as a primary contact for clients, managing accounts, providing quotes, and following up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Project Management: Conduct site visits, review specifications, and collaborate with construction managers to prepare for building setups.
- Problem Resolution: Source special order items and maintain effective communication between clients and our team to fulfill project needs.
- Experience & Education: A BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Truss Sales, ideally within the manufacturing/building materials sector (Heavy timber/lumber).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Customer Orientation: A solid background in client relations and a collaborative work environment.
- Industry Insight: Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous.
- Motivation & Flexibility: A results-driven mindset and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
- Licensing: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
