**The Role**:
The Company Receptionist at RamCar is responsible for several administrative and clerical duties that are essential for day-to-day business operations. This person shall report to the Customer Service Manager and will be given opportunities to move within the company ranks.

**The Offer**:
Full-time - 40 hours

Competitive Wage: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.

- Monday to Friday

**Essential Duties**:
Customer Service Administration
- Manages the will call window; handles cash and credit card sales
- Inputs direct ship orders into the ERP system and ensures the accuracy of items processed
- Assists the CS manager with filing and documentation as needed
- Prepare bill of ladings for daily shipments, either FTL or LTL, including shopping rates and booking carriers for FTL shipments.
- Create deliveries from previous days' shipments.

Plant Support
- Provides a variety of support work for the Plant Officers; these include generating system reports, handling plant documents, and other tasks
- Coordinate with production to address any shortages for processing deliveries.
- Coordinates with government agencies and local regulators for compliance support
- Assists in month-end activities for the plant
- Assists in ordering certain plant supplies and raw materials

Office Administration
- Responsible for overall office clerical work; will be tasked to maintain several aspects of the office including filing & documentation, supplies, and other related matters
- Assist in collecting payments from customers that are behind on their payments.
- Accountable for the company cash box
- Assists officers in day-to-day needs; coordinates and attends meetings and take minutes from time to time
- Assists with the submission of regulatory filings and coordinates with different offices to ensure timely compliance

Procurement
- Monitors inventory of accessories for subsidiaries and places purchase orders on a regular basis
- Check inventory at RBI and incoming inventory on the water, communicating estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) to customers.
- Double-check received documents from the Philippines for shipments on the water, ensuring order accuracy and making necessary changes.

International and Domestic Shipping Support
- Prepare Canadian customs invoices for customs clearing and send them, along with other necessary documents, to customers and their brokers.
- Process and approve domestic freight invoices and file freight claims for any shipments with damage incurred.
- When necessary, inspect the shipping dock to ensure the correct pallets are loaded per order and take pictures of shipments leaving the warehouse.

**Main Qualifications**:

- High School diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent educational certification
- Previous experience performing secretarial and clerical work
- Results-Driven - Proven track record of achieving set targets
- Entrepreneurial Spirit - Understands the overall business and works smart to achieve goals
- Hands-On - Ability to roll up their sleeves
- High degree of ownership - Demonstrates ability to take initiative and to be proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions
- Tech Savvy - Demonstrates ability to utilize computers and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory and manage the cycle count process

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with SAP S4 Hana
- Experience with EOS
