**Job Summary**:
United Ground Express (UGE), a subsidiary of United Airlines, is seeking a **Recruiting Coordinator** to support initiatives by performing various duties on behalf of the HUB Talent Acquisition teams.
**Major Responsibilities/Activities**
- Ensuring Background Checks and any other pre-employment checks as required are documented and escalating potential issues to appropriate UGE/United Airlines support departments and leadership.
- Perform administrative functions related to creating and activating employee profiles and portals during onboarding.
- Performing administrative activities to maintain compliance (applicant files, etc.)
- Provide standard and ad hoc management reporting
- Coordinating and providing support for job fairs
- Perform administrative support functions as necessary for the Talent Acquisition team including ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and other related support activities
**Qualifications and Competencies**
- High School diploma required
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- High level of MS Office proficiency required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A true passion for an incredible employee experience
- Willingness to travel up to 60%-70%
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Preferred Qualifications_
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Taleo/ADP)
- Associates Degree preferred
- Experience in a Human Resources, Recruitment, or Staffing environment and/or familiarity with talent acquisition processes preferred.
**Position Location: 11555 W Touhy Ave. Chicago, IL 60666 (Adjacent to O'Hare Airport)**
**SALARY: $47,000 - $55,000 **UGE Team Members at ORD receive flight privileges aboard United Airlines as well as Paid Time Off (sick, vacation, paid parental leave), access to Medical (PPO), Dental, Vision, Personal Accident, and Life Insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, 401(k) with a company contribution, participation in the UGE annual incentive plan, and more.
**ADA Specifications**
- Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
- Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances (including a background check, hearing and vision tests, and drug screen)
