Role Overview:

The customer service team at 5H2 Hub plays a crucial role in delivering essential support to our clients through effective account management, claims processing, daily client oversight, and underwriting services, establishing us as a leading entity in the insurance industry. With a solid network of resources, you will collaborate with some of the finest talents in the field to provide innovative solutions to our clients.

We are currently expanding our team and are in search of a detail-oriented team player. The Client Services Coordinator will provide professional and courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Certificates of Insurance
  • Complete Evidence of Property documentation
  • Request Loss Runs from insurance carriers
  • Prepare Summaries of Insurance
  • Verify policy accuracy against quotes and Broker Management System
  • Manage audits, endorsement requests, and renewals
  • Create renewal kits and marketing materials
  • Update client records and policy information in the broker management system
  • Handle mail, including address updates
  • Provide backup support for reception and administrative tasks
  • Assist Account Managers with various responsibilities as needed

Your Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in commercial lines (preferred)
  • Property and Casualty producer's license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in standard office software including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Travel: No travel required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
