As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include:

- Scheduling, confirming, and preparing for client meetings
- Running and maintaining reports
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting clients at the front desk
- And preparing correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work well within a small team
- Strong Word and Excel skills
- A minimum of 5 years of office experience required. College degree preferred.
