Duties:

- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the clinic or ER
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Assist with patient registration and discharge processes
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

This position requires strong customer service skills, as you will be interacting with patients on a daily basis. The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality is also essential. If you are looking for a rewarding role in healthcare administration, we encourage you to apply.
