**About the Role**:
Provides high-level administrative support to the Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Program Office (PMA-251). Primary duties involve preparing travel orders, authorizations, and vouchers in Defense Travel System (DTS). Other tasks include conducting research, preparing/printing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Collaborates with functional team members and leadership. Other duties may be assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

**Must haves**:

- High School diploma / GED.
- A minimum of 3 years combined experience performing the duties described above and at least one (1) year of experience using the DTS.
- Being highly proficient with DTS is preferred.
- Having experience with executive calendar management, conference room scheduling, Base Access Security Information Control System (BASICS II), Defense Information System for Security (DISS), proofreading/tech editing, and MS PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams is desired.

**Applicant must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a security clearance.**
