Reports to: Ecommerce and Customer Experience Director

Role: The objective of the Ecommerce Coordinator role is to support the implementation of the company's ecommerce strategy under the guidance of the Ecommerce and Customer Experience Director.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the management of ecommerce platforms, including the creation of product listings, descriptions, metafields, apps, and compiling imagery.
- Analyze ecommerce metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the Ecommerce and Customer Experience Director in strategic planning and implementation of new initiatives.
- May assist in other activities with other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree.

This role will report on the following metrics:

- Loyalty Purchases
- New Loyalty Members
- Customer retention rate

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
