Position Overview:

The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in collaborating with our House Brands and Marketing division to strategize, develop, and implement marketing initiatives across both domestic and international markets. This position is integral in working alongside various cross-functional teams to enhance our iHerb Brands, which include California Gold Nutrition, Mild by Nature, Sympli Beautiful, among others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the House Brands team and other Marketing departments, including Marketplaces, Content Operations, Promotions, International, Paid, and Social Media teams.
  • Oversee marketing projects for iHerb Brands, encompassing campaign planning, execution, follow-ups, and quality assurance.
  • Facilitate daily communications and updates regarding schedule adjustments, campaign outcomes, and areas for improvement to the team and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate current processes among teams and create operational flowcharts aimed at enhancing internal efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and management of project timelines, ensuring all project details remain current and precise.
  • Ensure the quality of incoming projects and provide internal updates regarding deadlines and modifications.
  • Possess the ability to articulate department capabilities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to deliver House Brands marketing updates to leadership on a weekly basis.
It is important to note that the responsibilities outlined above may not encompass all aspects of this role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary or desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with strong project management capabilities.
  • Proficient analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various functions and internationally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Solid understanding of the interplay between different marketing channels (social, paid, etc.) and business objectives.
Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Ecommerce marketing is generally required.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, including strategy formulation, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
