Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator role is a key position within the iHerb Marketing team, responsible for partnering with House Brands and cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with House Brands and Marketing teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns
  • Manage marketing projects, including campaign planning, execution, follow-ups, and quality assurance
  • Facilitate day-to-day communication and updates between teams, including schedule changes, campaign successes, and areas for improvement
  • Analyze existing processes and design operational flowcharts to improve internal procedures
  • Assist with project timelines and ensure all project details are up-to-date and accurate
  • Accountable for the quality of incoming projects and provide internal communication regarding deadlines and changes
  • Present House Brands marketing updates to leadership weekly
Requirements
  • Detailed and deadline-oriented with excellent project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable performing in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between various marketing channels and business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred
  • Generally requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Ecommerce marketing
  • Proven experience in marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
