The Marketing Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in collaborating with our House Brands and Marketing division to strategize, develop, and implement marketing initiatives across both domestic and international markets. This position is crucial for liaising with various cross-functional teams to enhance our iHerb Brands, which encompass California Gold Nutrition, Mild by Nature, Sympli Beautiful, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact between the House Brands team and other Marketing sectors, including Marketplaces, Content Operations, Promotions, International, Paid, and Social Media teams.
- Oversee marketing projects for iHerb Brands, which includes campaign planning, execution, follow-ups, and quality assurance.
- Facilitate daily communications and updates, addressing schedule modifications, campaign outcomes, and areas for improvement with the team and stakeholders.
- Evaluate current processes among teams and create operational flowcharts aimed at enhancing internal efficiency.
- Assist in the formulation and management of project timelines, ensuring all project details remain current and precise.
- Ensure the quality of incoming projects and communicate internal deadlines and changes effectively.
- Possess the ability to articulate department capabilities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with relevant teams to present marketing updates for House Brands to leadership on a weekly basis.

- Solid understanding of the interplay between various marketing channels (social, paid, etc.) and business objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) is preferred.
- Typically requires 2-4 years of experience in Ecommerce marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, including strategy formulation, campaign execution, and performance evaluation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
