Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our underground utility company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Some use of quickbooks and procontractor software doing billing, accounts receivable and payable
- Filing prelim liens on jobs, parts ordering and quotes, i.e. junior project management
- Keeping bid board and job board updated
- Manage payroll times and paperwork
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Proficiency in clerical tasks, computer literate, experience with quickbooks and procontractor programs are a plus
- Organized, attention to detail, able to self manage and prioritize tasks, likes to stay busy
- reliable, motivated and honest
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
**Benefits**:
