**Position Available**:
Full-time (4-day work week) Office Manager for a well-established family law firm in La Mesa.

**Compensation**:
$25 per hour (paid for a 40-hour work week, but schedule is 32 hours per week)

**Qualifications Required**:

- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Hands on experience with office equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**Job Duties**:

- Open and close the office, including turning on/off all lights, unlocking/locking doors, etc.
- Provide friendly and professional front office reception
- Answer and manage multi-line phone system
- Handle potential client intake processing and scheduling
- Provide administrative and clerical support to all staff
- Assist with client billing and collections/accounts receivable
- Schedule/calendar meetings, telephone conferences, etc.
- Manage and purchase office supply inventory
- Manage storage
- Communicate with building management regarding maintenance, repair, and security issues
- Set up workstations for new hires
- Assist HR with office and team events
- Decorate office for holidays
- Maintain all office equipment and troubleshooting issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office
- Coordinate with property manager and oversee maintenance work and vendors
- Provide suggestions to HR and Partners to increase productivity and boost morale
