Rooming patients; obtaining & recording vitals, medical histories, medication & allergy update/reconciliation
- Assist with exams and minor procedures
- Administer vaccines & injections & other office medications
- Perform EKG’s, PFT’s, urinalysis, eye exams, INR & glucose checks, pulse oximetry, Fibroscans, rapid strep testing, flu testing + other additional in-office services as needed
- Electronically enter & place approved radiology
- Electronically enter and dispense approved medications in accordance with state regulations
- Electronically enter blood & specimen orders through lab interface using EHR (NextGen)
- Stock and maintain sanitized rooms
- Triage
**- Prior Authorizations for medications and procedures**
- Communicate test results to patients
- Additional duties when needed
