**Duties**:

- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on pending tasks
- Support with real estate administrative tasks if required
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Administrative proficiency to handle office tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of Property Management
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication
- Ability to coordinate projects and follow through on tasks
- Proficiency in data entry to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with Single Family homes, Condos, Patio homes
