- Supporting Project Manager and Senior Technology Specialist/ Team Lead with all project and travel coordination, planning, implementations, and reporting activities.
- Supporting team members with compiling travel requests, obtain travel orders and approvals, and review compiled trip reports, travel expense reports, and travel requirements, in line with Nakupuna and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) processes.
- Tracking and reporting all travel budgets and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Coordinating with a variety of DARPA sites and stakeholders to coordinate site visits and associated travel requirements.
- Working directly with DARPA Security to ensure security requirements are submitted and confirmed prior to travel.
- Supporting Project Manager and Senior Technology Specialist in developing full scale project plan and ensures the project is delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Supporting the Project Management Team and Lead Technician in establishing and maintaining all contract deliverables, ensuring they remain current and reflect the most recent project updates and processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of fact-based deliverables for senior leaders such as project status updates, briefing slides, and staff packages.
- Providing support in staff management activities, ensuring personnel proficiency and appropriate access to facilities.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of an integrated master schedule to track project progress against baseline plans.
- Assisting in making recommendations to DARPA on any improvements that could be made to improve internal processes.

Qualifications:
The following skills are desired:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications; primarily Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of Project Management principles associated with Network Engineering, Information Technology and Agile Project Management.

**Clearance Requirements**:None. This position may require the ability to obtain an active **TOP SECRET** security clearance, with “Sensitive Compartmented Information” within DARPA. Must be a U.S. citizen.

**Travel Requirements**:Travel for this position is mínimal, however the ability and willingness to travel to Government Installations as required is preferred. The place of performance can consist of 347 sites across 39 CONUS states plus one OCONUS state (Hawaii).

**Work Location**: Work is performed in a hybrid support manner at the Nakupuna Offices in Arlington VA, DARPA HQ at Founders Square in Arlington VA, as well as DARPA research facility in Oakton, VA. Core work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, arriving no earlier than 6:30 AM and departing no later than 6:30 PM Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed.

This is a short-termed Temporary position.
