ERG is looking for a full-time project coordination associate for its office to assist ERG personnel across the organization, along with federal clients.

This role may occasionally involve local travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial progress documentation, which includes creating tracking spreadsheets, summarizing data in Microsoft Access and Excel, reviewing information, and managing reports through the review and distribution process.
- Develop and sustain project management tools, including action item tracking spreadsheets, project timelines, budget updates, and flow diagrams.
- Assist in the preparation of final deliverables, which may involve copying, binding, document assembly, coordinating with printing services, and transporting urgent deliverables.
- May also include preparing electronic deliverables, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
- Support data entry tasks.
- Organize and facilitate teleconferences, web-enabled, and in-person technical meetings as needed.
- Organize and maintain essential management assets and process documents in a collaborative platform.
- Assist in drafting technical reports in Microsoft Word by creating polished, formatted documents, including complex tables and inserting figures and graphics.
- Occasionally participate in client meetings with the project team.

Qualifications and Skills:
- An Associate's Degree (minimum GPA of 3.0) or at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating and managing worksheets, charts, and graphs, including writing formulas.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Word functions (including styles, equations, tables, table of contents, auto numbering, graphic boxes, bookmarks, templates, merges, captions, and references).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and the capacity to manage and prioritize various tasks independently.
- Responsible for managing workload and proofreading own work.
- Proactively learns new skills in the Microsoft software suite.
- Proactively suggests solutions to enhance existing processes.
- Willingness and ability to learn new software and technical skills necessary for planning, report preparation, and financial reporting.

Preferred Candidates will have:
- Experience in federal contract reporting and tracking.
