Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of project development and execution, serving as the primary contact for assigned projects.
  • Create comprehensive work plans, timelines, project estimates, resource allocations, and progress reports.
  • Offer technical and analytical support to the project team.
  • Formulate and implement acquisition strategies for government clients, balancing cost, schedule, and performance across various technology initiatives.
  • Draft and refine contracting documents to facilitate innovative contract awards that advance technology across diverse sectors.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings across different time zones with various stakeholders, summarizing discussions effectively.
  • Prepare and manage international documentation to support global project collaborations.
  • Stay informed about complementary and competitive technology maturation initiatives within the Department of Defense.
  • Develop papers, presentations, reports, and administrative packages addressing program management support issues as directed by TRMC leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management related to DOD platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills developed through practical experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional demeanor.
  • Able to engage with high-level individuals and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Proficient in guiding projects from initial concept to final execution.
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within the National Capital Region.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in a Windows environment.
  • DAWIA Level III Certification in Program Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Critical Acquisition Position; Chartered Product/Project Manager preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or project management discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Service in the Pentagon for over 12 months.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact across Military Departments and various offices of the Secretary of Defense, as well as with industry and private citizens at a senior level.
  • Comfortable managing a range of diverse issues in a dynamic environment.
