Overview:
**Duties**:
Manages phone calls and delivers messages with utmost professionalism

Maintains a regular supply and sundry inventory of essential items

Tracks and receives deliveries and distributes supplies to all parties upon delivery

Partners with all community members to maintain office and classroom supplies

Run local errands

Generates all donation letters relating to school fundraising initiatives such as

the Annual Fund and the Auction

Can operate with fluency across different community touchpoints including

SchoolAdmin, Google suite, SignUp Genius, Givesmart, Constant Contact etc.

Generate class lists; staff and student directories before each school year

Track event expenses and reconcile totals with the Business Office

Support and attend school events as necessary

Works within the SchoolAdmin system to ensure physical student medical

records and all other forms are current and complete

Create and maintain classroom emergency “go bags”

Create and maintain Emergency Contact binders for each classroom, the nursery school

office and Director’s office before the beginning of the school year

Create and maintain child allergy lists for the classrooms, kitchen, nursery school office,

and Director’s office

Support classrooms with student supervision as necessary
