**Position: Events Administration Coordinator**

**Reporting to: Director of Events**

**Summary of Position**:Responsible for all Events administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- To communicate mindfully with our events base, especially when payment is overdue or support is needed to settle any outstanding balances.
- To use the events database to create, look up and update records for current and potential clients and produce reports for events team and ownership regarding the status of current and future events.
- Plus any ad hoc projects given by the Head Events and/or ownership

**Requirements/ Qualifications**:

- At least two years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a events and hospitality environment
- An enthusiasm for providing first-class customer service
- Experience working with programs like PeopleVine, Salesforce or the like
- Experience communicating in a friendly and professional manner to a diverse audience
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- Passion for customer service and elevating the customer experience through knowledge, empathy, and attention to detail
- Professional telephone manner and strong written correspondence skills; ability to respond expeditiously while being mindful of any grammatical and spelling errors. Team-player attitude

Compensation:

- Pay: $25 per hour
- 32 - 40 hours per week.
- Generous Benefits Package provided.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
