**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience with at least 3 years at a Senior level within an organization
- Experience managing global HR contracts required
- Must have recent experience in the government contracting industry
- Must have expertise in managing complex employee relations / performance issues
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong HR Generalist capabilities
- Experience with compensation management and performance management programs
- Technically proficient with extensive experience implementing and managing HR-related technologies (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.); experience with HRC preferred
- Articulate, energetic, and confident; able to professionally represent the HR function when dealing with strong personalities and opinions
- Entrepreneurial drive and tenacity; self-motivation and "get it done" attitude is a must
- Strategic thinker who has a strong tactical background but is able to delegate and manage tactical work without getting stuck in the weeds
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Senior HR Certification highly desired
