HR Business Partner Manager Overview

Key Responsibilities:

We seek a distinguished HRBP expert who can leverage their HR knowledge, client service acumen, and operational experience to deliver exceptional support to one of our largest enterprise clients while assisting the COO in executing strategic company-wide initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Develop and nurture a robust partnership with our major client.
  2. Deliver outstanding service to our client and stakeholders.
  3. Oversee daily interactions with contingent workers and managers from an employee relations and client service standpoint.
  4. Address client inquiries and act as a point of escalation for client-related issues.
  5. Conduct quarterly assessments and facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders as required.

Employee Relations Management

  1. Guide and mentor leaders in conducting thorough and objective investigations, documenting and resolving intricate employee relations matters.
  2. Assess the complexity and risk factors of each employee relations issue, escalating complicated cases to the Director of HR.
  3. Provide expertise on ethics, compliance, and employee relations challenges.
  4. Offer performance management support and guidance to managers, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Coordinate, implement, and monitor required training programs.
  6. Build strong relationships with employees and the contingent workforce.

Program Development and Management

  1. Lead the design and execution of essential HR programs and processes, including performance management, total rewards, leadership and employee development, culture and engagement, retention, and compensation.
  2. Identify opportunities for organizational development and facilitate the creation of employee training initiatives.
  3. Develop and implement communication strategies for both internal and external audiences.

General HR Support

  1. Provide daily assistance with general HR inquiries and concerns.
  2. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  3. Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring consistent application while considering federal and state law applicability.
  4. Generate HR reports as necessary.

Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives

  1. Oversee existing and new HR programs and strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  2. Manage the company performance dashboard to ensure milestones are achieved and strategic initiatives are completed.
  3. Contribute insights on future HR projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  4. Identify and communicate opportunities for enhancing efficiencies within HR processes.
  5. Utilize business and personnel metrics to uncover valuable insights and drive business solutions that support the overall strategy.
  6. Provide guidance on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, talent management strategies, and succession planning.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of robust HR experience with a focus on employee relations.
  2. Exceptional service orientation, urgency, and a high level of personal integrity.
  3. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  4. Capable of working independently while being an effective team player.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate.
  6. Strong project management and program development capabilities.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  9. Ability to quickly establish and maintain rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds and professional levels.
  10. Experience in addressing complex problems and providing innovative solutions.
  11. Utilizes independent judgment to achieve objectives.
  12. Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
  13. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  14. Strong skills in process development, optimization, and implementation.
  15. Proven track record of effective line management relations in a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on customer service.
