Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Set up user accounts and profiles
- Maintain IT inventory records
- Perform software troubleshooting to resolve user issues
- Configure network settings and VPN access
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT support, help desk operations, and desktop support
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and network configuration
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
