Description: A major client within the Gov space in Phoenix is looking to add a Tier 2 Desktop Support an important member of the IT Support/Infrastructure team. This position is for someone with 4-5 years of experience, strong customer service, and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues for our end users. Scope: Tier 2 DESKTOP support focused. 100% Onsite in Phoenix. 6 month Contract to Hire. M-F Core Business Hours. Technical ability (below) and personality is huge for the client. More info about the role to be provided over the phone Essential duties include the follow: •Maintains Active Directory including creating computer accounts, making any necessary modifications and changes and the deleting of user accounts. •Hardware Support - Resolves issues related to PC's and peripheral hardware, Printers, Scanners, and Telephones. •Software Support - Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Applications, Windows 10, Anti-Virus, and business applications. •Develops and applies standard computer images with authorized software to computers to ensure consistent configurations.
