**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Support budgeting and accounting procedures within the Accounting Department.
- Maintain and update records and databases with customer, personnel, financial, and other relevant data.
- Assist colleagues as required.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
- Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers and budgets.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with audits and fact-checking.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with payroll

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration or relevant roles.
- Ability to work on complex projects with mínimal guidance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fast learner with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Desktop software, and accounting software.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus.

**Requirements**:

- 4-year degree or 5 Years of relevant experience related field with work experience.
- Construction background
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, with strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional demeanor with a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask, remain motivated and maintain accuracy.
- Digital literacy and research skills, including the ability to analyze information reliability.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent office and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with others.
- Attention to detail and employee compliance, feel comfortable in “policing” problems and being proactive with problem resolutions. (time cards, payroll, etc.)

**Language**:Bilingual English/Spanish**

**Work Location**: In person at the office in Napa

**Typical Working Conditions**:Work is performed office with regular contact with staff and the public

**Equipment Used**:Frequent use of company issued cell phone, copier and printer, standard office electronics and laptop.

**Essential Physical Tasks**: Frequently sit for extended periods; stand and walk or crouch and may occasionally be required to lift to 25 lbs. without assistance; stoop, kneel, bend to pick up or move objects, and office equipment; physical ability to push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance; normal manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; hearing and vision to normal range; verbal and written communication;

**Job Type**:
40 hours per week

**Hourly Rate**:
From $23 per hour, paid weekly.
