Requirements/Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and organize virtual files and documents
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Provide general administrative support to team members
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus
