Administrative Assistant Ii, Continuous Improvement

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The role of Administrative Assistant II will assist the CIAS and Communications departments with the functioning of their programs, services, data input, and budgeting procedures. The person in this position will support multiple departments with specialized tasks, events, work plans, and deadlines. This person performs administrative support duties, including (but not limited to) the execution of office routines and systems; processing of financial transactions and equipment orders; supporting events and specialized programs; and preparing and monitoring data, information, records and reports.
