This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of 6 months.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to construct and execute a detailed hiring roadmap keeping in mind the need for growth
- Work with internal management teams to familiarize themselves with the departments to have a better understand of their hiring needs and job specifications
- Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards
- Travels throughout San Diego County as needed to support recruitment efforts.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Confers with management at all facilities to identify recruiting needs. Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
