Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist is a key member of the ARMOR-IIMAK team, responsible for recruiting a diverse range of positions throughout the company. This role involves designing and delivering engaging onboarding and integration programs, as well as executing the company's employee engagement and recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Source and interview candidates through various channels to ensure a strong, diverse, and qualified list of candidates.
  • Manage and update the company's Careers website and social media sites to showcase opportunities and company culture.
  • Represent the company at community recruitment events and engage with prospective candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with talent acquisition and engagement trends and share knowledge with the team.
  • Execute the employee onboarding process and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and provide an outstanding first impression.
  • Lead the delivery and communication of performance feedback processes and manager/employee check-ins.
  • Organize company recognition programs and engagement events to align with the interests and needs of the workforce.
  • Establish an engagement and retention scoreboard and provide monthly reporting and analysis.
  • Manage exit interview process and gather data to analyze and report on areas of opportunity.
  • Oversee the Employee Reward & Recognition platform and ensure users have access and understand how to use it.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, and employee engagement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience engaging and attracting diverse talent to join an organization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in an HRIS application and LinkedIn Recruiter.
