We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial environment to fill the position of Compliance Coordinator for our Fredericksburg, VA location.
- Research and report on regulatory changes to ensure compliance, including working with consultants to achieve compliance.
- Develop and implement procedures for monitoring compliance guidelines
- Assist with developing and performing training for all employees on compliance procedures.
- Provide support and answer questions regarding policies.
- Conduct product, department, and branch compliance reviews.
- Re-train employees in the event of compliance guideline violation.
- Enhance compliance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

**Required Qualifications**
- High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. BS in Business, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering or equivalent five years’ experience in EH&S field.
- 1-3 years’ experience in a compliance role for Company or related outside job experience. Compliance experience should include CCPA, Prop 65, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, general environmental, and occupational safety and health.
- Good communication skills/phone skills required
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
