Compliance Coordinator

- Research and report on regulatory changes to ensure compliance, including working with consultants to achieve compliance.
- Develop and implement procedures for monitoring compliance guidelines
- Assist with developing and performing training for all employees on compliance procedures.
- Provide support and answer questions regarding policies.
- Conduct product, department, and branch compliance reviews.
- Re-train employees in the event of compliance guideline violation.
- Enhance compliance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Job Requirements
- BS in Business, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering or equivalent five years" experience in EH&S field
- 1-3 years of experience in a compliance role for company or related outside job experience
- Experience should include CCPA, Prop 65, REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, and occupational safety and health
- Good communication and phone skills required
- Proficiency in computer skills
