**What We're Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership: Provide effective leadership and direction to the Driver Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including driver scheduling, dispatching, and route optimization, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance of the Driver Operations team and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to driver operations, including safety regulations and licensing requirements.
- Customer Service: Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and support to drivers to enhance their skills, performance, and adherence to company standards.
- Fleet Management: Collaborate with the Fleet Management team to oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure the safety and reliability of the fleet.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage departmental budgets effectively, identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports and analysis on driver performance, operational metrics, and other key insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, HR, and Finance, to drive alignment and achieve organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with drivers, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices related to driver operations and safety.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace familiarity with operational software and systems. Having Blaze, METRC and Onfleet experiences is a plus.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends.
- Experience is managing multiple sites.
