As a General Manager at Clearfield, you will be responsible for leading and driving the daily operations of our airport locations. You will be the key figure in ensuring that our team members are engaged and motivated to deliver exceptional security and customer service experiences while sharing the Clearfield story.
Key Responsibilities- Customer-Facing Environment: Spend 70% of your time on the floor, interacting with customers and ensuring that their experience is seamless and secure.
- Security and Integrity: Ensure that CLEAR and TSA policies and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity.
- Team Management: Manage a team of Ambassadors and Managers who utilize CLEAR technology to perform duties related to airport security, customer service, and sales.
- Team Development: Build and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on CLEAR objectives related to security, service, and sales.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement and foster an environment where team members are accountable for delivering exceptional security and customer service experiences while continuously sharing the CLEAR story.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build relationships with TSA, airline, and airport partners, and support their needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure that the team understands and adheres to operational and security procedures, laws, regulations, and company directives.
- Risk Management: Effectively execute our commitment to security, manage risk, and fulfill operational and compliance requirements.
- Sales and Customer Service: Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals and standards.
- Equipment and Facility Management: Ensure that the team maintains the equipment, signage, and facility to meet brand standards.
- Leadership Experience: At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, and customer-facing environment.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, positive, and passionate about fostering a great sense of teamwork.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to training, mentoring, and motivating the team.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others in an ever-changing environment.
- Goal-Oriented: Indefatigable in achieving individual and team goals, and committed to growing and developing in the career.
- Reporting Skills: Experience reviewing and reporting on KPIs on a regular basis.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Availability: Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings.
- Background Investigation: Required to successfully complete a government background investigation.
