**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain Account-based Marketing/Sales best practices
- Ability to work up an organization to get to the Decision Maker
- Ability to hold an extensive pre-qualifying call with prospective customers
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Understand and overcome customer objections in an ever-changing environment
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of call center/SasS calling experience required
- Experience managing a lead pipeline.
- Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to use a consultative selling approach
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, call control and time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce Preferred)
- Thorough understanding of power dialer technology
- A demonstrated commitment to teamwork
- Strong understanding of sales process in both short and long sales cycles
- Ability to communicate concepts to non-technical end users
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive in a face paced, ever changing environment
