Job summary


McCall’s is a family-owned HVAC distributor that has been in business for over 55 years We are looking for a Territory Account Manager that has the drive to take us to the next level. This position is fast-paced and the key to our success. The Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing residential, ductless, and commercial HVAC sales in the Columbia SC market. You will need to develop client relationships, to be able to sell, acquire and maintain a strong customer base while supporting a branch in a designated territory.


Duties and responsibilities

Achieve sales goals assigned for your territory.

Grow market share for all products that we offer.

Build contractor relationships through consultive selling.

Resolve customer relations problems and issues with clients within a timely manner.

Conduct him/herself in a professional and courteous manner in all aspects of interaction with contractors, customers, and employees.

Perform other duties as assigned. In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

2-4 years of HVAC experience is preferred, sales experience in a commission role is required.

Possess a valid SC Driver’s License and have a clean driving record.

Good communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Ability to analyze sales and market data.

Ability to give quality presentations.

Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.

Ability to multi-task a must in a fast-paced environment

Must pass drug screening.
