Administrative Assistant for Accounting Firm

Also Certified in Financial Forensics, we use these additional skills and resources to look “behind” the numbers, not just “at” the numbers.

**The Role**

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support in our Florham Park office.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties (organize, scan, send documents, order supplies, organize office, set up new clients, electronic and hard copy filing)
- Perform data entry assignments into a variety of software systems
- Position requires attention to detail and analytical skills, flexible and positive attitude
- Assist with Monthly Billing

**Qualifications**
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience as an admin assistant or in a relevant role. Office or customer service experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe, SharePoint, Quickbooks
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- On the job training for accounting/tax terminology will be provided

**Compensation**

Base salary is generally $20/hr to $28/hr plus benefits. Exact compensation will be based on various factors, including individual education, qualifications and experience

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
