**Requirements**:

- Partner with strategy planners on campaign kickoff calls, organize and assist with campaign launches, and coordinate campaign parameters in collaboration with creative, digital, and research areas.
- Manage campaigns according to the client’s KPI’s and pace according to client specifications for full delivery, ensuring alignment with their strategic plans.
- Compile client reporting across all vendor partners before, during, and after each campaign. With input from internal teams, develop a wrap report highlighting campaign learnings and recommendations.
- Lead ad operations review to operationalize tagging tracking and the overall campaign management process.
- Oversee the launch, management, and reporting needs of our paid media strategies. Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients. and internal stakeholders. Oversee and/or lead the creation of performance and pacing notes for active campaigns bi-weekly.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations. Address any campaign concerns implement optimization opportunities, and to highlight campaign successes.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Media Planning, Ad Trafficking, Ad Operations or Ad Analytics.
- Experience in planning and executing cross-channel content strategies, including social, web, and print; multi-channel brand narratives and content; multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to Interact and collaborate with internal teams by identifying, acknowledging, and delivering action items.
- Remains informed of industry standards and best practices across paid, owned, and earned strategy areas.
- Proficient in using Social Media Platforms, IAB Ad Platforms, CRM systems, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide.

**Salary, Perks & Benefits**:
Salary starts at **$**80**,000.00** and will be commensurate with experience.
