**Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Winery Admin Manager provides support and analysis to the site and works across functions to create and deliver fiscal site budgets, manage PO creation as well as customer billing and vendor invoicing. In this role you will also support procurement efforts, manage on-site vendors, and drive site culture through involvement in HSE, wellness, and sustainability initiatives as well as with event coordination for site celebrations.

**Key Responsibilities include:
**Financial**
- Working with finance and general manager to build the upcoming fiscal site budget.
- Provide financial analysis to ensure that the site is effectively managing costs '“ tracking current and future expenditures.
- Identify areas of possible improvement including financial risk and opportunities.
- Working with site management and corporate AP to maintain an efficient system of PO creation and receiving to ensure timely payment of bills.
- Manage monthly accruals as needed.
- Support winemaking with stock additive and oak purchase orders.
- Provide billing and other support for 3 rd party services ex. barrel storage; custom crush; site space rental.
- Track PG&E; gas and solar use '“ analyse prior year usage and determine assumption based on current PGE rates for balance of year estimation. Assist with fixed asset verification process and ensure asset write-offs, transfers and sales are completed follow TWE process.

**Site Procurement**
- Manage site vendors related to operations (Security, Cleaning, Linens, Vending, Refreshments, First Aid, etc.)
- Place supply orders (Refreshments, Cleaning Supplies, Office Supplies, etc.) Manage Company Site Fleet Vehicles

**Administrative**
- Subject Matter Expert for Kronos; Chrome River; MyContracts providing support as needed.
- Site mail pick up from PO box and distribution to site mailboxes.
- Coordination of efforts with Napa Corporate (Courier, etc.)
- Oversee site event planning (1 st & Last Truck Photo, Harvest & Holiday lunches, etc.) Coordination of large site protective clothing and gear orders

**Other**:

- Meet quarterly with Winery and Vineyard Administration Managers for continued education and collaboration.
- Assist with various programs and initiatives: Wellness Champion, HSE, Sustainability, etc.

**About you
- College degree in Commerce/Accounting/Business, or equivalent work experience desired.
- Prefer 2-5 years of on the job experience in a similar role.
- Production Accounting experience at a site environment desired.
- Well-developed analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills a necessity.
- Must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks successfully while working under tight timeframes and have attention to detail
- JDE Experience a plus.
- Must be able to work under mínimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license required.
Ability to contribute to a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a courteous and professional manner.
