Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and check-in all visitors, including walk-up customers and those with reservations, and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Customer Experience: Curate the experience to meet the customers' requests and special needs, and ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Reservation Management: Accurately track reservations and customer information, and communicate with other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Retail Sales Support: Support the tasting and tour areas with glassware, waste removal, and wine tasting tools and literature, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Retail Sales: Operate the By the Glass station, serve wine glasses, and provide excellent customer service and winery education.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus 1 year of hospitality, customer service, or event support experience.
  • Skills: Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and skilled in writing simple correspondence.
  • Physical Demands: Required to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
