General Responsibilities

1. Assist in Overseeing Catering Staff

2. Overall Knowledge of Event and Kitchen Procedures

3. Knowledge of Catering Operations

4. Manage and/ assist in Affair Set-up, Breakdown and Maintenance

5. Knowledge of Opening and Closing Procedures

6. Improve Operations and Setup by Providing New and Innovative Service Ideas

7. Greet clients upon arrival.

8. Act as communication central for all associates during an affair. i.e.. Event Managers, Wait-staff, Bus Staff, Bartenders, Vendors and Valet.

9. Assist with monthly inventory of all equipment

10. Conduct ceremony rehearsals

11. Assign staff responsibilities day of the event.

Assist in Club Programming / Marketing

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
