**The non-negotiables**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Two to three years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Passion to make a difference in the lives of people with memory impairing diseases and their families highly desirable
- Polished presentation skills and database management experience
- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
- Must have own transportation

**What you'll be doing**:

- Generate qualified referrals for census development
- Visit both traditional and non-traditional accounts
- Educate professionals on dementia and Alzheimer's resources
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
- Assist in creating sales and outreach plans, along with public relations opportunities, to promote the Silverado Vision and Mission Statement
