Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct a team of analysts to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive data and reporting solutions.
- Implement and refine the overall strategy for the business intelligence function to align with organizational goals.
- Manage business intelligence project backlogs and sprints using Agile methodology, ensuring effective capture and scoping of requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business intelligence analysts and business units to tailor business intelligence solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Evaluate, select, and implement business intelligence tools and technologies, managing the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms.
- Oversee data management in the data warehouse, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics, promoting a culture of accountability and ethical conduct across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 6-8 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a business intelligence management role.
- Strong proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, MS-SQL, Excel, and other analytics software such as R and Python.
- Experience in the financial services sector is required.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
