Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of analysts to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive data and reporting solutions.
  • Implement and refine the overall strategy for the business intelligence function to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage BI project backlogs and sprints using Agile methodology, ensuring effective capture and scoping of requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between BI analysts and business units to tailor BI solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement BI tools and technologies, managing the transition from legacy systems to modern platforms.
  • Oversee the data management in the Data Warehouse, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics, promoting a culture of accountability and ethical conduct across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 6-8 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a BI management role.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, MS-SQL, Excel, and other analytics software such as R and Python.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is required.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
